 No Return & No Exchange Policy

At House of Rivaaz, every product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch.

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Size Selection

Customers are requested to review the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order. House of Rivaaz shall not be responsible for incorrect size selections made by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the unlikely event that you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate a review, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear product photographs

  • Complete unboxing video recorded from the opening of the package

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for verification.

Upon successful verification, House of Rivaaz will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or any other suitable remedy at our discretion.

For Approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5 business days.

Refund Eligibility:

Customers can raise a request for a return or refund within 2 days of delivery. Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

  • The product is confirmed to be damaged during transit.

  • An incorrect product was delivered.

  • The issue is verified by our quality team.

For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount or store credit into the source account within 5-7 business days after confirming.
